At 16 Theo entered the film industry as a runner and worked his way up. Working a lot at RSA as Tony Scott’s 2nd on commercials for many years Theo was given his first break as a 1st AD by Tony. Theo has worked with many iconic Directors through the years; Terence Donovan, Brian Duffy, Roger Woodburn, Peter Webb, Nick Lewin, Willi Patterson, Hugh Johnson, Maurice Philips, Jake Scott, Luke Scott and of recent Paris Barclay and Andreas Nilsson. In 1990 Theo joined the DGA and moved to Los Angeles for five years. Theo is one of a handful of AD’s that can work in the USA as well. Theo continues to work worldwide and in America.
